Tumeric Latte


  • 8 oz Almond Milk 

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp of honey

  • 1/2 tsp ginger (optional)

  • Pinch of black pepper


  • Warm milk on stove for two minutes on small pot.

  • Add all spices stirring gently.

  • pour into your favorite mug sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!
