Lemon Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

  • 8oz hot water

  • 1tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother

  • 1/2 inch ginger root

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp of honey

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

  • Pinch of cinnamon 

Directions:

  • Boil Water on stove for two minutes on small pot. Or Tea Kettle

  • Add all spices stirring gently.

  • pour into your favorite mug sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!
