Lemon Ginger Tea
Ingredients:

8oz hot water
-
1tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother

1/2 inch ginger root
-
1 lemon
-
1 tsp of honey
-
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Pinch of cinnamon
Directions:

Boil Water on stove for two minutes on small pot. Or Tea Kettle

Add all spices stirring gently.

pour into your favorite mug sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!
